Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. The provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification will survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
